Terms of use
These terms set the rules for using Vior as a directory platform. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch and adapted to the jurisdictions in which Vior operates.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, and be legally permitted to use the platform in your location. Providers are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their business and advertising.
2. Vior is a directory
Vior provides profile publishing, discovery and direct-contact tools. Vior is not an employer, agency, representative, payment processor or party to arrangements made between users. Providers independently control their profiles, availability, rates and contact preferences.
3. Provider responsibilities
- Publish information that is accurate and not misleading.
- Use only photos and content you have the right and consent to publish.
- Keep profile information reasonably current.
- Comply with local laws, licensing rules and advertising restrictions.
- Protect your login credentials and account access.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
Vior does not permit content or conduct involving minors, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, impersonation, threats, harassment, fraud, unlawful goods or services, or attempts to use the platform for activity prohibited by applicable law. Vior may remove content or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
5. Moderation and reports
Vior may review reports, investigate suspected policy violations, request additional information, restrict visibility, remove content or suspend access. A listing being visible does not mean Vior endorses or guarantees the provider, visitor, content or any off-platform interaction.
6. Account termination
You may stop using Vior at any time. Vior may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, legal requirements, safety rules or platform integrity controls.
7. Disclaimers
Vior is provided on an “as available” basis. Availability, uninterrupted access and the accuracy of user-provided information cannot be guaranteed. Nothing on Vior is legal, financial or professional advice.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, legal requirements or platform rules change. Material changes should be communicated through the service or another appropriate notice mechanism.
